Cat and Kettle is located in Smiths Falls, Ontario, just west of Ottawa.
All flat paper items (such as stickers, sticker sheets, and prints) are shipped via Canada Post’s Oversized Lettermail by default, which is the cheapest method of sending those items. This method does not include tracking, but if you require tracking, we also offer shipping via Canada Post’s Xpresspost.
Everything else is shipped as a Regular Parcel through Canada Post.
Lettermail can take anywhere from 1-14 days to arrive. Regular Parcel is usually 1-10 days. Xpresspost generally ships in 1-3 days.
Currently we only ship within Canada.
All of our product designs are 100% our own, and are the result of our lifetimes of practice, education, and actively working in creative industries.
We have never and will never utilize generative-AI in our process.
Rest assured, supporting our shop means supporting real, hard-working artists!
We use a variety of mediums from marker and pencil to gouache and clay, but the majority of our work is painted digitally in Clip Studio and printed at local print shops.
